Spicy Mustard Chicken Recipe

Makes one serving (one protein)


One serving size of chicken

Half cup of chicken broth or water

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. homemade mustard (page 50)

Quarter tsp. of dried basil

Eighth tsp. tarragon

Salt and pepper to taste


Lightly sauté the chicken in chicken broth, lemon juice, and spices until cooked.  Simmer for additional 10 minutes and periodically add water for a delicious broth
